MicroScale Thermophoresis (MST) for Biomolecular Interaction Analysis-Directly measures the strength of molecular interactions in solution, without the need for immobilization, used to characterize nearly all types of molecular interactions with minimal sample consumption and in "dirty" samples (isolated and recombinant proteins-membrane proteins, enzymnes, IDPs, antibodies, small molecules-ions, nanoparticles, peptides, cell extracts, sera, vesicles, liposomes etc. Has 1 fluorescent channel (red). Measured affinities can be down to pM and complex sizes 10-10.000.000 Da.
