Dr Spyros E. Zographos is Research Director of Biochemistry and Structural Biology at the Institute of Chemical Biology

Evangelia D. Chrysina, PhD is Senior Researcher at the Institute of Chemical Biology- NHRF leading her own research group and Docent (Assoc. Prof.) in Medical Science-Biomedicine at the Faculty of Medicine & Health, Örebro University, Sweden. She is a Chemical Engineer/NTUA with a PhD in Biochemistry (Marie Sklodowska Curie Fellow, supervisor Prof. K.R. Acharya)/Univ. of Bath-UK. She worked as Research officer/Univ. of Bath UK and as a freelance writer for the “Technology Marketplace”/INTRASOFT Intl. S.A. Her posts and research were funded by the MRC-UK, Royal Society-UK, EC, the Greek GSRT, and large pharma industries in a number of projects that she participated or coordinated. Her field of specialization is Integrative Structural Biology with emphasis on Biomedicine & Biotechnological applications using X-ray protein crystallography, structure-based drug design & Structural Bioinformatics. She has actively participated in Scientific/Management Committees and Professional activities including INSTRUCT (since 2008) as scientific point of contact and primary observer (since 2017), representing Greece at the INSTRUCT-ERIC Council and coordinator of the national RI on Structural Biology, INSTRUCT-EL/INSPIRED. During the last years, she has organized targeted workshops related to RIs & conferences.
